Thomas M. Pegnim

is a principal in the Law offices of Thomas M. Pegnim. He received his BA from Harvard and received his JD at Golden Gate University with highest honors. Thomas Pegnim is a certified specialist in workers’ compensation for over two decades. He serves as a Judge Pro Tem at the Oakland Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board and is a member of the Bench and Bar Committee of the Oakland Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board. Mr. Pegnim is on the Board of Directors of the CAAA and is the former president of NCAAA and a “Super Lawyer.” He is a frequent lecturer and speaker at conventions and education seminars. He currently specializes in representing injured workers before the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board and practices personal injury, social security and disability retirement.

Lisa E. Ivancich
is an attorney in Antioch, California with the Law Offices of Thomas M. Pegnim, where she practices workers’ compensation, family law, and social security. Ms Ivancich received her BA degree from the University of California at Los Angeles and her JD degree from Golden Gate University. She has worked with both insurance carriers and self-insured employers, in addition to representing injured workers. She currently serves as a Judge Pro Tem at the Oakland Workers’ Compensation Appeals.

Rodman J. Martin
is an attorney with Pegnim & Ivancich, LLP and practices workers’ compensation law.  Rodman Martin graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law and received his undergraduate degree in political science from California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo.  He is a member of the Contra Costa County Bar Association, the Alameda County Bar Association and the California Applicant Attorneys Association.  Rodman also volunteers his time with a guardianship clinic through the Alameda Bar’s Volunteer Legal Services Corporation.  In his spare time Rodman enjoys golfing, barbecuing and fishing.
